Adv. Adan Inbar is a partner at the firm and heads the firm's planning and construction department and its civil commercial litigation department.

Adan is one of the leading lawyers in civil-commercial litigation and planning and construction and has over three decades of experience in representing private and public commercial companies, local government bodies, non-profit organizations, developers and construction companies before the various courts in diverse fields, including property law, contract law, and real estate. Adan has expertise in libel law and provides legal support to companies and individuals in media claims and crises.

Adan has a unique expertise in the field of planning and construction and represents the firm's clients with respect to daily ongoing issues as well as in complex unique planning processes, such as submitting objections to plans, representation in appeals, ongoing support and representation in matters of expropriations, betterment taxes and claims for compensation under Section 197 of the Planning and Building Law and representation before the various legal courts including the High Court of Justice, in claims in this area.

In light of his many years of experience in working with the various courts and planning committees, Adan provides his clients with professional advice and guidance through proper and efficient planning in the management of all legal files presented to him.

Adan also provides clients with legal support in complex real estate transactions and, as an inseparable part of these types of transactions, provides comprehensive and readily accessible advice on legal issues in the real estate and planning and construction fields. This results in the execution of complex transactions and often provides solutions which produce great results, matching the will of the parties to a transaction.

Adan has additional expertise in the area of local government, and frequently provides legal support to local authorities and planning and construction committees on an ongoing daily basis, including writing opinions on a variety of legal subjects. He likewise has provided legal support and has represented these bodies in mediation and arbitration proceedings in various civil law issues.

Adan has handled complex real estate cases and transactions worth hundreds of millions of shekels, as well as court files which have often constituted proceedings within his fields of expertise.

Adan interned with the firm and after his ordination returned to the firm as a lawyer and was accepted as a partner in 2004.
