Senior Attorney

Efrat Lerner is a senior attorney in the firm, practices in the fields of insolvency and banking, as well as in civil-commercial litigation, and coordinates the firm’s inheritance and wills practice.

Efrat has expertise and knowledge in the areas of insolvency and banking and provides legal support to the firm's clients in corporate recovery proceedings and also represents creditors (including leading companies, banking corporations and private customers) in complex insolvency proceedings.

Efrat provides her extensive experience in proceedings in which the firm serves as a court-appointed officer and assists the firm’s clients by providing timely and quality work.

In addition, Efrat is involved in civil and commercial litigation - in general, and in banking litigation - in particular, and represents some of Israel's largest banking corporations in claims against various parties, including debtors, writes opinions on complex issues in this field and also represents banking corporations in the claims filed against them.

Efrat's briefs include representation of well-known corporations in Israel before the various courts, and she has the expertise to manage complex cases at all stages.

As part of her legal support to clients, Efrat also provides collection solutions and represents banks and commercial companies - from the filing of a claim in respect of a debt until payment by the debtor of a debt.

Efrat completed her internship at the firm and returned as a lawyer immediately after her ordination as attorney.
