The firm's labor team represents its clients both on an ongoing basis (including through the provision of opinions and representation before the various courts) and in various proceedings, including during the negotiation of various existing agreements, representation of corporations and negotiations relating to labor relations and conditions that are of critical importance to a corporation, while at the same time representing employees in wage determination processes and in significant corporate internal proceedings.

The firm also deals with various labor issues, including workplace abuse, sexual harassment, wages and layoffs, employee rights, hearings and dismissal proceedings and supports its clients in arbitrations and mediation discussions.

The firm’s client list includes employers and employees, large Israeli companies, and corporations of various types (including associations and cooperatives), as well as employees (in various positions).
