Nurit Ziv-Shochat
Nurit is an attorney in the firm practicing in the fields of real estate, planning and construction, cooperative societies and civil and commercial litigation.
Nurit provides support in real estate transactions, including providing legal advice and handling all aspects of land taxation and planning and construction, which are an integral part of any real estate transaction.
Nurit also has experience in the field of cooperative societies and provides ongoing legal advice to cooperative societies in their activities vis-à-vis their members and external bodies, representation in legal proceedings, legal support in projects involving community expansion and the drafting of commercial transactions relating to their lands.
In addition, and as part of the comprehensive service provided by the firm, Nurit represents corporations, authorities and private clients before the various courts.
Nurit completed her internship in our office and returned as a lawyer immediately after her ordination as attorney.
