Ofer Attias

Adv. Ofer Attias is the founder of the firm and heads up its civil commercial litigation department in addition its practice of criminal law - white collar crimes.

Ofer has over four decades of experience in litigation and is considered one of Israel's leading and senior litigators.

Ofer's practice in the field of litigation includes representing clients in all aspects of civil and commercial law, as well as in criminal law (with the emphasis on white-collar crimes).

Over the course of his illustrious career, Ofer has worked on numerous famous and well-known cases at the highest legal instances and has achieved much success. He has represented elected officials, mayors and respected lawyers in complex and complicated legal proceedings, having been chosen to represent them due to the high esteem in which the courts and his professional colleagues hold him, owing to his professional skills and abilities, his dedication and his integrity.

Ofer has also worked for many years as a legal advisor to various public and private corporations, in all matters related to their ongoing activities and those outside of their ordinary scope of business.

Ofer has, as one of the firm's founders, championed the values of fairness, professionalism and accessibility and the duty to represent his clients faithfully and fearlessly.

The adherence to these values is characteristic of the entire legal team, of which he is very proud.

Ofer is an active member of the Haifa District of the Israel Bar Association. He served for 15 years as the head of the District Disciplinary Court and as Chairman of the Court's Presidency. For his many years of volunteer work, Ofer has been awarded the Bar Association's "Distinguished Service Award" and the "District Attorney's Award" of the Israel Bar Association's Haifa District.

Ofer is a member of the Editorial Board of the Haifa District Magazine "Open Doors" and is a regular columnist who enjoys great popularity.

Ofer devotes his time and energy to promoting legal education. He has been a lecturer in the accounting department of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Haifa for a decade and is sought after as a lecturer in professional training studies at the Bar Association both for litigation in general, and in the art of cross-examination in particular - an area in which he is considered among the most prominent lawyers.

Ofer is also an arbitrator and mediator and is credited with impressive successes in these fields.

Ofer did his internship with the Honorable Justice Moshe Etzioni in the Supreme Court, as well as in the office of Adv. Tal, who later also served as a judge in the Supreme Court.

Ofer is available for meetings at both of the firm's branches – in Haifa and in Tel Aviv.
