Senior Attorney

Sharon Hakim is a senior lawyer in the firm, practicing in the fields of civil and commercial litigation and corporate law. She coordinates the firm’s class action lawsuits practice.

Sharon has experience and expertise in leading and managing litigation cases in various areas of civil and commercial law, including contract law and disputes arising from their breach, disputes between partners in partnerships, those between shareholders, over property and real estate, inheritance and legacy and cases the insolvency and banking field.

Sharon also provides legal support to the firm's clients in the field of corporate law and provides well-known entities in Israel with legal counsel in complex commercial transactions, including in cooperation agreements, investment agreements, shareholder agreements, franchising agreements and purchase agreements.

The expertise that Sharon has accumulated in these two areas - commercial law and civil and commercial litigation - gives her an advantage in representing the firm’s clients and enables her to manage her portfolios efficiently and professionally, while providing comprehensive and timely services.

Sharon coordinates the firm’s class action practice and has many years of knowledge and experience, enabling her to strategize for her clients - leading companies in the market alongside private plaintiffs – providing strategy for portfolio management alongside legal counsel and representation before the various courts.

Sharon completed her internship at the firm and returned as a lawyer immediately after her ordination as attorney.
