Adv. Yehuda Vishnitzky is a partner at the firm and heads up the firm's cooperative societies and rural settlement department, as well as its real estate department.

Yehuda is one of the most recognized and leading lawyers in Israel regarding cooperative societies and rural settlement. This is due to the knowledge, experience and expertise he has acquired in over two decades of representing and providing legal support to various clients in these areas vis a vis the various state authorities, with an emphasis on complex legal proceedings against the Israel Lands Authority.

As part of his expertise in these specialized areas, Yehuda was appointed as a member of the Israel Bar Association’s Committee of Cooperative Societies and was also appointed as a member of the Advisory Council to the Minister of Agriculture in cooperative society matters. Yehuda also serves as an arbitrator in disputes determined by arbitration under the Cooperative Societies Ordinance by appointment of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies.

Yehuda provides legal support to moshavim, kibbutzim and community settlements in pivotal legal proceedings taking place within them, as well as before various governmental bodies and ministries, with an emphasis on the Israel Land Authority and the Registrar of Cooperative Societies.

Among the other subjects dealt with by Yehuda are the regulation of the uses and arrangement of the permanent council of the association, the handling of surplus / shortage of lands, community expansion, the return of agricultural land due to change of purpose and expropriation of agricultural land, development and leasing agreements, arrangements within estates, extraterritorial uses, commercial transactions on association lands, community extensions, and more.

In addition, Yehuda provides legal representation before the various courts in matters relating to the community's life and the land of the association, including in matters relating to border disputes, members' claims vis a vis the agricultural or community settlement and vice versa, claims between members, and lawsuits in family matters relating to real estate. He also has a unique expertise in claims of associations vis a vis the Israel Lands Authority.

Yehuda is considered a leading lawyer in the real estate field, through his unique expertise in representing developers vis a vis the Israel Land Authority, and he has provided legal support in complex transactions including the sale of income-producing assets, transactions for the sale of shares of a real estate association, the construction of shopping malls, handling of the ownership of land procedures, renewal of leases, date extensions in development and lease agreements, and support to acquisition groups, and more.

Yehuda serves as an arbitrator by appointment of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, as arbitrator in the Arbitration Institute of the Israel Bar Association, as a certified mediator and has in the past served as a member of the Magistrate's Court Committee, as Vice-Chairman of the Placement and Employment Committee of the Israel Bar Association (Haifa District) and served as a rabbinical judge and member of the disciplinary court of the Israel Bar Association (Haifa District) for a period of six years.

Yehuda interned with the Supreme Court (in the presence of the retired Honorable Judge Emeritus Theodore Or) and likewise in his office, after his ordination, when he returned to the office as a lawyer. He was accepted as a partner to the firm in 2004.

Yehuda is available for meetings at both of the firm's branches – in Haifa and in Tel Aviv.
